Chemical Firm Partners with Carbis to Increase Productivity and Safety

November 2010 – Fortune 500 chemical company that provides products, services, and solutions across the globe hires Carbis to increase productivity and safety. In keeping with its commitment to support a zero-incident culture, they searched for a proactive solution to improve its tank truck loading safety processes.

After evaluating several vendors they chose to partner with Carbis, the world leader in fall prevention solutions. Carbis was selected because of its ability to understand their operational and purchasing processes, as well as flexibility in design and its reliability guarantee.

Utilizing the existing infrastructure, Carbis custom-designed a fall protection solution which included a double-sided platform with a tracking gangway and cage. The system was designed to integrate into an existing platform that connected with an ingress and egress to the main building.

As a result of its partnership with Carbis they successfully increased productivity and safety in its tank truck loading process, as well as maintained compliance with OSHA regulations.
