Load multiple products through a single loading arm or hose.

Manifolds are designed to help operators load multiple products piped to your loading racks through a single loading arm or hose system. Operators can select which product to load by connecting a rotating pipe system to the desired wet line. A series of dry disconnect couplers connected to a ball valve are arranged in a clock layout making switching between product lines fast and simple with no spillage. Manifolds can be supplied as single or double sided in a variety of materials to suit your applications.

This loading arm accessory is a simple way to reduce the number of loading arms and hoses required to load multiple products. Its clock design allows multiple products to be handled in a compact system taking up minimal space. The product comes in stainless steel, carbon steel, single or double sided, ball valves with a variety of dry break coupler systems. It can be used in conjunction with loading arms or hoses.

Truck Elevating Platforms and Loading Arms

Carbis proposed designing a dual sided elevating truck access system. This is a vertically elevating platform with flip‐up floor panels that allows operators to walk freely and safely on top of the tanker anywhere along it’s length. Carbis further proposed a dual sided manifold arrangement, which gave simple yet effective liquid selection to the operators. The manifold is positioned at a higher level than the access platform to allow adequate drainage down to the tanker.
