Carbis' couplers can be used in the petrochemical industry when dry coupling is required. Manufactured according to the API RP 1004 standard regulations, are supplied with a 4” TTMA flange and are made of aluminum alloy. The surfaces subject to wear are hard coated. The standard fluoroelastomer (Viton®) seals are easily removable to allow maintenance operations.
It’s a great loading arm accessory to ensure safety conditions for the operators.
