Complete overhaul of an existing rail car loading rack

These images show a railcar overhaul we designed, manufactured and installed.

The existing railcar loading rack was in really bad condition. The gangways were difficult to operate and didn't reach all the way out to the railcars. The handrails were not the correct height...etc. The worse problem was the loading rack did not meet OSHA standards. There were many potential slipping and falling hazards which could have been fatal!

We worked around the existing piping and designed, manufactured and installed a state-of-the-art rail car loading terminal which not only met code and reduced potential injuries but increased throughput by 50%.
