How Does it Work?

If the industry lead time is 8 weeks, you can choose to have that reduced by 50% (4 weeks).

Our Rapid Response Program Includes Our On-Time Guarantee.

• We will forfeit 5% of the value of the order per day if the mutually agreed delivery date for the approval drawings is missed -- up to 25% of the order value.
  
   
• We will forfeit 5% of the value of the order per day if the mutually agreed ship date for the equipment is missed -- up to 25% of the order value.
  
   
• Maximum combined forfeiture will be 50% of the value of the order or $250,000 whichever is less.
